Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced individual to lead our team as the Branch Manager in Bowling Green, KY. This position will be actively engaged in counter and phone sales, order fulfillment and building relationships with our customers while providing overall management of the operations of the store, including warehouse distribution. Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall management of the branch and staff
- Serves walk-in and phone-in customers on counter
- Assists in warehouse with shipping, receiving and material handling
- Works with Purchasing to maintain proper inventory levels
- Applies the continuous improvement process to all store operations including warehouse and storefront
- Trains team members on products, customer support services and internal operating systems. Qualified candidates will have the following:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years' experience in mechanical or building supplies distribution or sales along with 2 years of management. Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC parts & supplies experience preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Must be customer service focused.
