Job Description

Job Summary & Purpose Rather than performing standard desk-bound processing, the Branch or Operations Manager acts as an embedded trusted advisor. You will work directly within a high-producing ecosystem to assist agents with active transactions and grow local market share. Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Management:
    Oversee a smaller personal pipeline while supervising other office locations.
  • Transaction Management:
    Manage residential and commercial title/escrow transactions from contract to close.
  • Relationship Building:
    Cultivate in-office relationships with real estate agents and lenders to generate referral pipelines.
  • Operations & Compliance:
    Review title commitments, resolve issues, handle disbursements, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Team & Business Growth:
    Lead branch activities, manage local P&L, and drive revenue through high performance and responsiveness. Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience:
    3+ years of escrow and title experience, or significant business development/management experience.
  • Local Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of Kentucky title settlement procedures.
  • Certifications:
    Certified Notary Public is required. A Licensed Title Insurance Agent certification is strongly preferred (or required within 90 days).
Skills:
Relationship-driven, highly organized under pressure, and proficient with industry software such as Qualia.
