This role is responsible for building, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team while fostering a customer-focused environment that identifies and meets financial needs. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of a small to midsize branch. Coach, develop, and motivate staff to achieve sales, service, and financial goals. Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all channels. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular coaching sessions. Drive business growth through customer outreach, networking, and referrals. Promote and support digital banking tools and self-service options. Collaborate with internal partners (Business Banking, Mortgage, Wealth, etc.) to meet customer needs. Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and regulatory requirements. Foster a positive team culture built on respect, inclusion, and accountability. Represent the bank in the community through events and local partnerships.
