Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our operations in Taunton, United States. As Branch Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our branch, overseeing all operational and sales activities while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. You will be responsible for managing a talented team, optimizing branch performance, enhancing customer relationships, and achieving strategic business objectives. Oversee all branch operations, including sales, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and P&L responsibility to ensure efficient and profitable performanceLead, develop, and mentor branch staff through hiring, training, performance reviews, and constructive feedback to maximize team potential and ensure operational excellenceManage customer relationships and continuously enhance the customer experience through responsive service and innovative solutionsEstablish and maintain a strong safety culture by implementing safety protocols, ensuring PPE compliance, conducting incident investigations, and promoting a "Zero Harm" mindset across all operationsDevelop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive growth in both units and product sales while maintaining competitive pricing and healthy marginsMonitor and control inventory levels to maintain optimal stock accuracy and product availability while minimizing waste and excess inventoryAnalyze branch performance metrics, KPIs, and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementCollaborate with regional management and cross-functional teams to align branch activities with organizational goals and best practicesMake decisive, data-driven decisions regarding product selection, pricing adjustments, and operational improvementsFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsQualifications

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of branch, warehouse, or operations management experienceProven track record of successfully managing P&L, budgets, and financial performanceStrong proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office softwareExcellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skillsDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectivelyStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProfessional communication skills, both written and verbalProven problem-solving abilities and resilience in fast-paced environmentsAbility to work collaboratively with regional management and cross-functional teams•
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in wholesale, distribution, or supply chain managementKnowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain optimizationExperience with safety management and compliance programsDemonstrated success in driving sales growth and revenue improvementBackground in customer service excellence and relationship buildingExperience with performance metrics, KPI tracking, and business analyticsCertification in operations management or related fieldAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
