Full Job Description Branch Manager Location:

We're looking for a Branch Manager to lead our branch team and operations while driving growth, market share, and exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll manage sales, operations, warehouse, and purchasing, while building a high-performing team and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Why RelaDyne? Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k + match, HSA) Generous PTO, holidays, and wellness incentives Career growth opportunities with a company that invests in its people Collaborative culture where your work has a direct impact What You'll Do Lead & Develop Our Team Hire, train, and coach associates to achieve growth and operational excellence Set clear goals and communicate expectations to your team Conduct performance evaluations and support career development Ensure compliance with company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations Be present as shift will evolve with business needs (variable hours, potential weekends) Drive Branch Operations Oversee daily operations, including sales, purchasing, inventory, invoicing, and finances Maintain facilities, equipment, and fleet for safety and professionalism Implement best practices to improve efficiency and profitability Grow Sales & Customer Relationships Drive sales growth and expand market share in your territory Analyze local market trends and identify new business opportunities Deliver exceptional customer service and value-added solutions Collaborate with regional leadership to strengthen customer loyalty Manage Finances & Inventory Monitor branch budget and achieve financial targets Track inventory levels and manage vendor relationships Maximize discounts and ensure profitable purchasing What We're Looking For 3+ years of proven success in a management role Strong experience in the automotive, industrial, and commercial industry preferred Willingness to adapt and learn Strong sales and customer service skills Operational and financial management expertise Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive results Proficient with computer systems and business software
