We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Assistant Branch Manager to join our Bear Lake Branch. This position serves as a key leader within the branch, supporting daily operations, coaching team members, building customer relationships, and driving branch growth. The Assistant Branch Manager acts as the branch manager's backup and helps ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational excellence. What You'll Do Support branch sales and growth initiatives by building and deepening customer relationships Open new accounts and assist customers with banking products and services Identify referral opportunities for mortgage, commercial lending, and other bank services Coach and develop branch staff through regular check-ins, training, and performance support Assist with scheduling, timecard approvals, and daily branch operations Oversee cash management, vault balancing, ATM operations, audits, and security procedures Monitor compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding service Support employee development through Honor Bank's TAP Program Travel to other Honor Bank branches as needed to support staffing needs What We're Looking For Passion for delivering exceptional customer service Strong leadership and coaching abilities Sales-minded with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Current driver's license and willingness to travel between branches as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous banking, customer service, retail management, or leadership experience preferred Experience supervising or coaching team members is a plus Why Honor Bank?
