CNB is looking for a qualified, motivated, and client- and team-focused individual to join our team as an ON-SITE Regional Banking Center Officer between our Hillsdale County and Lenawee County Offices in Michigan. This position will be based out of our Main Office location in Hillsdale, Michigan. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to Branch Managers within the assigned region Set clear expectations for sales, service, operational compliance, and overall branch performance Implement regional strategies to achieve growth targets in deposits, consumer lending, and profitability. Monitor branch operations, including cash management, audits, and risk mitigation practices Track branch-level metrics such as loan growth, deposit retention, and overall financial performance Engage with local business leaders, municipalities, and civic organizations to strengthen relationships Collaborate with internal business partners to deepen client relationships and expand product penetration Promote a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and security awareness Serve as a liaison between branch locations and support teams to ensure alignment and resolve operational challenges. May perform various other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field, or combination of equivalent education experience Minimum of eight years of relevant experience

Preferred:

Previous experience in a rural or small-market banking
