Responsible for the efficient, effective management of a branch, ensuring that established policies and procedures are followed. As a leader in our branch network, you will drive all facets of sales, service, and operations, acquire new consumer and business customers and Commercial Relationship Managers and other partners to generate new business and strengthen existing customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Proactively drives new deposit and loan opportunities through outside calling, pre-set appointments and effectively partnering with additional FNBM line of business partners including commercial, treasury, private banking, merchant, & residential lending to increase profitability of the branch.
- Manages a portfolio of high value consumer and commercial clients working effectively to strengthen existing relationships to their full potential.
- Knowledgeable in all bank products and ensures that your team is educated on our products, services, technology, and policies.
- Problem Resolution - work with customers, staff, and internal departments to resolve problems and initiate process improvement.
- Works closely with Private Banking to identify opportunities with high-net-worth individuals.
- Consistently develops new residential lending opportunities by identifying the needs of current bank clients and new bank prospects.
- Demonstrates expertise in outside sales calling, customer service, relationship management, consumer lending, commercial business banking and effective presentation skills.
- Routinely attends business networking events held by local centers of influence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Management or Finance preferred
Experience:
5 or more years of Branch Manager experience required 5 or more years of retail banking experience required 2 or more years of Treasury management experience required

- Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize accordingly while meeting deadlines within a fast-paced team environment.
