We are currently seeking a Hybrid Driver Development Manager & Branch Operations Manager for our Buffalo, MN location. This management role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, enjoys developing people, embraces technology and problem-solving, and can effectively balance leadership, logistics, customer service, and operational execution. This position plays a critical role in supporting drivers, managing fleet readiness, overseeing the container yard & trucking hub, and helping build a positive, accountable, and success-driven culture. What You'll Do Lead, manage, and hold 10-15 drivers (in Buffalo and Cold Spring) accountable for achieving safety and efficiency targets Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop drivers to achieve performance and safety expectations in Buffalo and Cold Spring Oversee and manage daily operations of the container yard and trucking hub in Buffalo Coordinate fleet maintenance schedules and equipment readiness to minimize downtime Build strong relationships while holding drivers accountable to company standards Support daily operations by communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams Answer phones, coordinate service requests, and help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Help optimize workflow, route coordination, and operational efficiency Maintain a positive, rewarding, and team-oriented work environment Assist with operational planning, process improvement, and annual company goals Use technology, operational systems, and reporting tools to support decision-making and accountability What We're Looking For Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operations environment Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset Comfortable using technology, operational software, and digital communication tools Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude 3-5 years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred Transportation, trucking, fleet, waste, logistics, or CDL operations experience preferred Schedule & Benefits Monday-Friday schedule — No weekends Split time between Buffalo and Cold Spring locations Paid holidays Paid vacation/PTO Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Stable, long-term career opportunity with a growing family-owned company Why Join TKI? Starting Pay Range:
