The Job:

Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from the point of sale to building completion Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews Sell diversified product line of buildings utilizing "DreamMaker" - Cleary's proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software Monitor the building construction process through to completion Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike Cleary Building Corp. uses environmentally-friendly green designs and products Experience a sense of accomplishment in our team environment and see progress take shape quickly Responsible for the customer's total experience from start to finish, helping fulfil their dreams

Qualifications:

Knowledge of building construction is essential Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus Management or supervisory experience desired Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative Sales experience helpful Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Excellent communication and organizational skills Great customer service skills

Compensation/Benefits:
