Job Description

Overview This is an entry-level position. Recent graduates welcome! We are actively seeking driven, growth-oriented candidates to join our Management Training Program within the Commercial Solar Division at Greentech Renewables . As a Management Trainee, you are taught every aspect of the business in order to become a Branch Manager and supervise your own multi-million-dollar location upon completion of the training . On-the-job training lasts for approximately 18-24 months and includes rotations in warehouse operations, account management, operations management, and business development. While the position provides real on the job training, there is also online training related to solar PV, sales, and management. No prior industry experience is necessary, we give you the tools and training to prepare you to be successful within the company. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, is geographically flexible, and thrives in an energetic multi-faceted environment. Responsibilities:
Learn all aspects of the company business philosophy Participate in structured rotations across warehouse operations, account management, business development, and operations management Gain hands-on exposure to commercial solar distribution workflows Support commercial solar projects from planning and procurement through delivery and execution Track project timelines, materials, and logistics to drive successful outcomes Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence Analyze and solve operational and project-related challenges in a fast-paced environment Develop expertise in commercial solar distribution, renewable energy markets, and industry regulations Learn the skills necessary to lead a branch operation and manage a multi-million-dollar business Relocation at some point during program required to get exposure to different market and leadership experience Requirements
GEOGRAPHICALLY FLEXIBLE - RELOCATION REQUIRED
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program (up to 1 or more times) Must be at least 18 years of age Bachelor's Degree - will consider related experience in lieu of degree Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by Greentech Renewables now or in the future) Skills Strong customer service, negotiation, and leadership skills are a plus Technical knowledge is nice to have but not necessary as we will provide training Stellar communication skills for effective collaboration across customers, vendors and internal teams Eagerness to learn about renewable energy systems, long-term large-scale solar projects, and operational procedures in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Management Trainee and accelerate your professional growth while contributing to innovative solar solutions that power a sustainable future!
