Job Summary:
We are a local transportation and service repair company seeking a dynamic and experienced working Branch Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales, and profitability of the branch. Duties include but not limited to:- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
- Drive business development initiatives to increase market share
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve safety and sales targets
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct strategic planning to enhance branch performance
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to assess profitability
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
Skills:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficient in sales techniques and project management
- Strategic thinker with excellent decision-making abilities
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
- Basics in mechanical knowledge is helpful
CDL LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.
