What You'll Do Present and sell finance, protection, and insurance products to customers. Secure financing through a network of lenders while maximizing approval opportunities. Build value and confidence in vehicle protection products, service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other offerings. Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and lender regulations. Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to maximize deal structure and customer satisfaction. Deliver a transparent, professional, and customer-focused experience. What We're Looking For Proven track record of success in automotive F&I, sales management, or high-performance automotive sales. Strong closer with the ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust. Competitive drive and a passion for achieving goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. High level of integrity and commitment to compliance. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment. Experience with dealership management systems and lender portals preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college/Associates degree preferred. Finance training/schooling recommended Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience Ability to set and achieve targeted goals Highly detail-oriented and organized Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills Experience and desire to work with technology Intermediate computer skills Physical requirements: Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements. Position requires light physical activity, which includes 15% walking, 5% standing, 10% cramped or confined spaces, and 70% sitting. Work schedule is dictated by business need and could be long hours & Saturdays.
