No two days are exactly the same, but here's what you can expect: Lead your team to success by coaching, developing, and motivating employees to reach their full potential Drive branch performance by setting goals, tracking metrics, and executing strategies that deliver results Create exceptional member experiences by resolving issues and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service Encourage a strong team that aligns with our culture and mission Stay connected to your community by networking and building partnerships that grow our presence and impact Keep operations running smoothly while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations Roll up your sleeves when needed including supporting lending activities like consumer and mortgage loans What does success look like in this role? At least 1 year of management experience (financial services or sales leadership preferred) 2+ years of proven relationship-building success Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to coach, develop, and hold others accountable A problem-solving mindset with sound judgment Experience working in a goal-driven environment Commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance Community involvement or experience building local partnerships NMLS registration (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
