HVAC/R Commercial Branch Manager

We are proud to be the choice of many Fortune 100 and 500 companies. We are currently seeking a skilled Branch Manager with experience in the light commercial HVAC industry.

Position Summary:

The HVAC Branch Manager will be responsible for building the branch from the ground up, managing the day-to-day operations of a service area, and performing service work as needed. Directly supervises 6-12 HVAC Service Technicians and coordinates their activities to ensure that all maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC equipment is properly completed in an efficient manner and carries out company policies and procedures. This position reports to the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to monthly branch budget and manage the branch P&L to ensure profitability. Hire, train, and manage HVAC Technicians to ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures. Supervise, coordinate and work on all equipment installs and service calls as needed. Ensure service calls and quoted jobs are completed in a timely manner and communicate with customers. Order parts and supplies; perform technician safety inspections and site surveys.

Requirements:

5+ years of light commercial HVAC experience 3+ years of management and P&L experience High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC trade school graduate or equivalent work experience EPA certified for refrigerant handling; NATE Certification within 12 months of hire In depth working knowledge of electrical, HVAC and EMS systems with advanced troubleshooting skills; refrigeration experience a strong plus Experience managing multiple projects and people; solid organizational, analytical and decision-making skills Time management and communication skills with an entrepreneurial spirit to grow the branch Working knowledge of MS Office Valid driver's license Our Employment Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription coverage Paid vacation and holidays 401(K) Company match Life insurance, AD&D and long-term disability Coolsys Light Commercial Solutions, LLC is an EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability employer.
