How can you succeed with us? Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and LCCU systems. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with internal team, members and community organizations and leaders. Ability to manage time with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment. Ability to make decisions based on evidence and facts to ensure the financial strength of the organization. What can we do for you?
