Competitive Six-Figure Salary (based on experience) + Performance Bonuses + Commissions We are excited to announce the opening of our 4th HVAC location in Raleigh, NC , and we are seeking an experienced, ambitious, and driven HVAC Location Manager to lead this expansion. This is a unique opportunity for a proven HVAC professional to play a key role in building and growing a new market while developing a high-performing team from the ground up. Position Summary The HVAC Location Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the Raleigh branch, including daily operations, team leadership, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, hiring, training, and performance management. During the startup phase, this individual must be willing and able to work in the field by running service calls, assisting with equipment installations, and supporting technicians as needed. This position requires a hands-on leader who can balance operational management with technical expertise while establishing a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth. ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Operations Lead and manage all day-to-day branch operations. Establish and maintain company standards, policies, and procedures. Drive branch growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. Team Building & Development Recruit, hire, onboard, and train technicians, installers, and support staff. Develop and mentor team members to maximize performance and career growth. Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions. Foster a positive, professional, and accountable work environment. Build and maintain a strong company culture focused on teamwork and customer service. Field Support Run service calls as needed, especially during the startup phase of the branch. Assist with HVAC equipment installations when required. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field personnel. Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards. Business Development Support local marketing and growth initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community partners. Identify opportunities to increase revenue and expand market presence. Assist in developing strategies to achieve branch sales and profitability goals. Customer Service Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Ensure exceptional customer experiences across all service and installation operations. Maintain the company's reputation for quality, reliability, and professionalism. QualificationsRequired Experience Minimum 10-15 years of HVAC industry experience . Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience within the HVAC industry. Strong background in residential and/or light commercial HVAC service and installation. Proven experience leading teams and driving business growth. Skills & Attributes Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ambitious, self-motivated, and growth-oriented mindset. Ability to recruit, train, and develop successful teams. Strong troubleshooting and technical HVAC knowledge. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
