Job Description
Branch Manager Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective functioning
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share
- Manage and supervise branch staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, including profit loss, sales, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners
Requirements:
- -Experience in building materials distribution preferred
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of financial principles and profit loss analysis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions based on data analysis
