This role is ideal for a leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, work alongside their team, and drive results across sales, service, and operations. Why Join Us?:
Salary Range:
$100,000-$110,000 annually. Uncapped bonus potential, with total expected annual earnings of $120,000-$130,000 in your first year. Company car and gas card.

What You'll Do:
Lead from the front by working alongside your team driving revenue and managing branch operations. Deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining strong, long-term partnerships. Hire, train, coach, and develop branch employees for performance and advancement. Drive internal sales growth, profitability, and key performance metrics. Own branch financial performance, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and internal controls. Oversee branch operations, including inventory, scheduling, and safety compliance. Partner with the Regional Manager on branch goals, budgets, and performance planning.
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in a sales environment, ideally within a high volume service or distribution organization. Demonstrated success driving consistent year-over-year sales growth. Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility. Results-driven communicator who can motivate and align teams. Ability to inspire and lead a sales and service workforce. Valid driver's license with 3 years driving history. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, leads by example, and takes ownership of their branch's success.
