Lead by example by selling AT&T cell phones and plans at a high volume. Model top-tier residential sales techniques for new associates to follow. Transition into an "Entry-Level Management" role by shadowing daily operations. Begin coaching junior team members on how to hit their competitive targets. Facilitate morning meetings to drive team energy and competitive focus. Assist in tracking team metrics to ensure the branch is hitting its winning goals. Take ownership of office culture and uphold the Spark Approach standard of excellence.
