This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in insurance roof sales who can balance team leadership, customer engagement, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team by fostering a high-energy culture focused on integrity, accountability, teamwork, and results Drive branch revenue by motivating sales reps, managing territories, and maximizing inspection volume and conversion rates Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain high-performing sales representatives through ongoing coaching, development, and recognition Train sales reps on door-to-door sales techniques, roof inspections, CRM usage, and the insurance claims process Set clear performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide structured feedback to improve individual and team performance Support reps in closing complex or high-value deals and adjust sales strategies to drive consistent growth Maintain visibility into sales pipelines, job progress, team activity, and territory management to ensure operational efficiency Ensure proper use of CRM systems and sales tools, including AccuLynx and field sales software Handle escalated customer concerns while maintaining exceptional communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction standards Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support smooth project execution and overall company objectives
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in the roofing industry is required, specifically insurance restoration experience Background in sales, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth Strong leadership presence and experience with the ability to recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strategic planning experience to develop long-term goals and strategies for the branch
