Job Description:
Organize, develop, and communicate employee responsibilities daily. Manage employee relations, scheduling, and assist with interviewing candidates. Perform client needs analysis, create, and distribute estimates, and coordinate delivery of equipment, product, and rentals. Prepare and distribute invoices for rental and repairs. Coordinate equipment and resources with sales team. Process and schedule service orders and send to technicians. Maintain customer relations, address walk-ins, coordinate drop-offs/pick-ups. Job responsibilities may change to meet the needs of the business.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $50,000- $55,000 starting salary based on experience, plus commission
- 40-50-hour work week and no weekends.

- At least 5 years of managerial experience in industrial business.
- Valid driver license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

- Professional appearance.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
