Full-Time | In-Office | Exempt About the Opportunity A growing workforce solutions organization is seeking an experienced Operations & Staffing Leader to oversee day-to-day staffing operations and serve as a strategic workforce partner to clients. This leadership role is responsible for recruiting oversight, workforce management, client relationship development, operational excellence, and team performance in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational, recruiting, and relationship-building skills who thrives in a results-driven setting. Key Responsibilities Client & Business Partnership Build strong relationships with client partners and support workforce planning needs Serve as a key contact for service delivery, issue resolution, and account support Conduct site visits to evaluate staffing needs and operational success Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention Recruiting & Workforce Management Build talent pipelines to support hiring demand Interview, screen, and onboard candidates Ensure timely placement fulfillment and associate support Address attendance, performance, and employee relations matters Operations & Administration Maintain accurate employee and compliance records within an ATS system Support payroll coordination, incident reporting, and policy compliance Provide excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders Leadership Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance office culture Collaborate with leadership to achieve operational goals Lead with professionalism, urgency, and strong communication
Qualifications Required:
3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, operations, or a related field Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience building and maintaining client relationships
Preferred:
Staffing industry or workforce management experience ATS experience (Avionté or similar platforms) Background in account management, retention, or business growth Compensation & Benefits $55,000 - $60,000 annual base salary (Exempt) Uncapped commission opportunity Paid Time Off Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Career growth opportunities #
