This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving growth, coaching a small team, and expanding the branch's presence in the local community , particularly within an industrial market. Industrial area with minimal walk-in traffic Success requires: Active offsite business development Community presence and relationship building Outbound calling to existing members (no cold calling)

Loans, deposits, and community-integrated member growth What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to consistently meet sales, service, and compliance goals Drive branch growth through community outreach, business development, and outbound engagement Hold team members accountable to quarterly sales and service expectations Oversee daily branch operations including staffing, scheduling, loan activity, and member services Serve as the escalation point for complex member situations and ensure excellent resolution Partner with internal teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality member experience Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Represent the branch through community events, partnerships, chambers, and local organizations Who We're Looking For Must-Have Qualifications 2-5 years of branch leadership experience (flexible if strong community involvement exists) Proven success in sales-driven, fast-paced environments Strong community engagement mindset
