$65-75k/year + company performance-based bonus
Hours:
M-F 8am-5pm Work Environment Fully onsite position Employee will spend most of their time at their desk handling branch processes, while also interacting with customers, sales staff, shop personnel, and yard employees Travel Requirements Initial travel to Tulsa, Springfield, or Wichita for training (a few days to one week) Other travel is very infrequent and typically provided with at least one month of advance notice Preferred Background Equipment rental industry experience is a major plus and preferred Heavy construction Retail operations Position Overview Oversee daily branch operations and support multiple departments Assist with sales oversight and customer interactions as needed Partner closely with shop and yard employees to ensure smooth branch operations The assistant handles much of the day-to-day sales floor activity Target Candidate Profile Strong attention to detail Able to multitask in a fast-paced, busy environment Comfortable balancing administrative, operational, and customer-facing responsibilities Able to work effectively with experienced, knowledgeable, and opinionated employees who take pride in their work #HPCS
