AITs & NHAs | Full-Time | Tulsa, OK | Some Travel Involved Bridges Health is seeking Administrators in Training (AITs) or Licensed Nursing Home Administrators to join our team in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area! Whether you are working toward licensure through the Oklahoma AIT program or are already an Oklahoma licensed administrator (NHA) looking for a leadership opportunity, Bridges Health offers the support, mentorship, and resources needed to build a successful career in long-term care. Job Description If you're an AIT, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside licensed preceptors and experienced facility leaders while completing your licensure requirements. If you're a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you'll have the opportunity to provide operational leadership and support to the communities we serve. In either role, you'll strengthen expertise in: Facility Operations Financial Management Business Plan Development and Business Management Compliance and Regulatory Management Quality Improvement Marketing and Census Development Team Leadership and Staff Development Community Relationship Building Why Join Our Team?
