This role combines operational leadership, customer relationship management, inventory oversight, and sales to ensure overall branch success. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, plumbing industry knowledge, and a customer-first mindset. Responsibilities Lead and develop branch employees Oversee daily operations and inventory management Support sales growth and customer retention Deliver exceptional customer service Maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications 5+ years of plumbing supply, wholesale, or related industry experience Prior management or leadership responsibilities Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 75 lbs.
