We are looking for someone who can become the face of our company in the Louisville market and help us build a long-term presence. The ideal candidate has roofing, construction, restoration, insurance claims, or project management experience and wants an opportunity to help grow a market while sharing in its success. Duties Generate residential and commercial roofing opportunities. Conduct roof inspections. Meet with homeowners and property managers. Meet with insurance adjusters. Coordinate advertising sales efforts by building relationships with local partners and clients to expand market reach through targeted advertising initiatives. Lead research efforts to identify new market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends within the roofing industry. Close roofing and restoration projects. Coordinate installations with subcontractors. Perform final walkthroughs and quality control inspections. Handle customer communication throughout projects and develop referral relationships. Recruit and assist in training future sales representatives along with building the Louisville, KY market. Skills Roofing, restoration, construction, or sales experience preferred. Strong leadership skills. Outstanding communication skills. Self-motivation and organization skills. Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs. Valid drivers license. Reliable transportation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
