You will drive revenue growth, strengthen client partnerships, develop new business opportunities, and lead your recruiting team to deliver exceptional staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve branch and individual revenue goals Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits Build long-term partnerships with clients while expanding existing accounts Lead, coach, and develop recruiters to maximize performance and customer satisfaction Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and service excellence Conduct sales presentations and negotiate staffing solutions with decision-makers Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, and pipeline reporting Ensure company policies, standards, and core values are consistently upheld Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to support healthy client accounts and timely collections What We're Looking For We're seeking a driven leader who can balance sales, operations, and team management in a fast-moving environment. Required Qualifications 2-3 years of sales experience required Outside sales and business development experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and territory development Confident presenting to business owners, hiring managers, and executives Ability to motivate and lead a team in a performance-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Staffing industry experience Experience in industrial or B2B outside sales Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Work Environment & Schedule This position is designated as an in-person role. Regular, reliable on-site attendance during scheduled business hours is an essential function of the position. Remote work or telecommuting is not available for this role.
