This role is intentionally structured as a leadership development pathway, providing hands-on exposure to branch operations, team leadership, and performance management. Individuals who consistently demonstrate capability, accountability, and ownership may advance into a Branch Manager position.
Core Responsibilities:
Leadership & Operations Excellence
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams across Sales, Service, Parts, and Operations, building strong leaders at every level.
  • Set clear expectations and hold teams accountable for performance, standards, and results.
  • Promote a performance-driven, team-oriented culture focused on execution, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain overall responsibility for day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, alignment, and consistency across departments.
  • Ensure all KPIs and operational targets are met through active leadership and disciplined follow-through.
  • Drive strong communication and collaboration across Sales, Service, Parts, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide regular operational updates to senior leadership, including key performance indicators related to service throughput, postings, and sales activity.
  • Actively manage performance through ongoing coaching, feedback, and corrective action to achieve branch objectives.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and disciplined parts processes to support service execution and sales performance.
  • Execute within the approved annual operating budget, managing expenses and resources responsibly. Pictures & Listings
  • Ensure strong communication between the Dealership Admin and Shop Foreman regarding units that are ready to be pictured and posted.
  • Ensure all trucks that are detailed and washed are photographed, accurately described, and posted to CDK, the website, and all applicable marketing platforms the same day.
  • Review photos and descriptions with the Dealership Admin to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand standards prior to posting. Support Sales & Service Performance
  • Maintain regular visibility into branch performance through structured updates, metric reviews, and operational check-ins.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between the Shop Foreman, Dealership Admin, and Sales team regarding truck readiness, customer needs, and postings.
  • Reinforce best-in-class customer service standards across the Sales team through coaching and accountability.
  • Partner with senior leadership to communicate monthly sales goals, priorities, and expectations clearly and consistently. Facility & Safety Management
  • Maintain overall responsibility for facility operations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Ensure the shop, office, and surrounding grounds are clean, organized, and safe for employees, customers, and visitors.
  • Oversee facility and grounds maintenance to ensure work is performed consistently, effectively, and cost-consciously. What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people, manage performance, and drive consistent results.
  • Strong operational and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Experience working with dealership management systems or ERP platforms (CDK preferred).
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Competitive base salary (target range around $70,000, based on experience and market).
