Branch and Operations Manager

A Royal Flush is the leading provider of portable restrooms and luxury toilet trailers in the region. We have an outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled Branch Manager to join our team! We are looking for an experienced, self-starter who can proactively maintain our fleet and manage our skilled team. The Branch Manager reports to the Director of Operations and plays a key role on the Operations Team responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fleet & Personnel at our Walterboro location. The BM is responsible for always maintaining maximum efficiency. Effectively managing vehicles, drivers, yard technicians, to ensure that our teams are as efficient as possible all while providing next-level customer service in adhering to our Precision Service Plan.

Responsibilities:

• Track and manage vehicles in Walterboro for needed repairs and regular maintenance.
• Schedule and direct the activities of Yard Technician Personnel such as: Service, Repair and Maintenance for all Equipment, Yard, and Facilities.
• Maintain monthly shop budget and purchase order system

Qualifications:

Have at least 2 years of proven experience as a Branch Manager or have leadership in your background Mechanically inclined (we work with trucks and pumps) Problem solving skills Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records and reports. Able to speak with clients over the phone and in person.

Skills and Abilities:

Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus, but not required Microsoft Office -

Intermediate Skill Set Schedule:

8 - 12 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Potential weekend work required based on the needs of the business

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
