Branch Sales Manager - Minneapolis, MN EARN $150,000 - $200,000+ PER YEAR Ready to lead, build a team, and take control of your income? We're looking for a high-energy Branch Sales Manager who knows how to drive results, develop people, and win.

What You'll Do:
Lead, hire, and develop a team of Sales Representatives Drive branch performance and exceed sales goals Assign and manage leads for maximum production Coach your team in the field with ride-a longs and real-time feedback Analyze performance metrics and improve results Resolve customer issues and ensure top-tier service Run sales meetings and create a winning team culture
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or similar role with a proven record of success Direct sales and team leadership experience highly preferred
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales personnel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Proven track record of achieving sales goals and metrics In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, CRM, and territory management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools Ability to adapt coaching styles to meet the diverse needs of Sales Representatives Must be okay to
Travel Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel within the branch territory, including ride-a longs with Sales Representatives Ability to operate standard office equipment and engage in frequent verbal communication Ability to sit for extended periods and work in various environments, including on-site customer visits
