We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Regional Office Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience managing multiple office locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, fostering a positive workplace culture, and providing outstanding service to our clients. Candidates will be based in Nashville and will also support Knoxville and Memphis.

Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee Regional Office Operations:
Manage the day-to-day activities of multiple offices, ensuring seamless operations and a productive work environment.
Support and Develop Administrative Staff:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and management on workplace concerns.
Ensure Compliance:
Maintain adherence to all legal, regulatory, and organizational policies, promoting accountability and integrity across offices.
Enhance Workflows:
Partner with attorneys and other administrative departments to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and collaboration.
Recruiting and Staffing:
Evaluate staffing requirements for legal support roles, collaborating with HR to recruit and onboard top talent.
Facilities Coordination:
Collaborate with the Facilities team to support office relocations, renovations, and ongoing maintenance as needed.
Travel:
Regional travel will be required on at least a quarterly basis, or as needed, to oversee operations, provide support and ensure alignment with firm policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
