[Job Title] [Clarksville, TN] Head of U.S. Subsidiary (Branch Manager) [Key Responsibilities] 1. Subsidiary Operations & Management

• P&L & Business Planning:

  Manage the subsidiary's Profit and Loss (revenue, purchasing, and billing) and lead strategic business planning.

• Sales & Business Development:

  Secure contracts for new automation projects and drive hardware sales.

• Market Expansion:

  Identify and expand new Automation/IT business opportunities within the U.S. region.

Account Management:

Oversee client communication, project management, and reporting to Headquarters (HQ).

Note:

Significant administrative and staff support is provided by the HQ in Korea. 2. Logistics Equipment Maintenance Oversight

• Contract & Reporting:

  Manage maintenance contracts and operations; provide regular reporting to clients.

• Operational Optimization:

  Monitor logistics automation systems and analyze/optimize equipment uptime and efficiency.

• Vendor Management:

  Identify and manage local partner companies and suppliers. 3. Human Resources Management
• Direct local recruitment, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee compliance with workplace safety and health regulations. [Mandatory Qualifications]

• Professional Experience:

  Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics equipment maintenance and installation.

• Leadership:

  Proven track record in team leadership and management.

• Language:

  Professional working proficiency in English (Both verbal and written).
• No restrictions on international travel. [Preferred Qualifications]

• Status:

  U.S. Green Card Holder (Permanent Resident).

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in Electrical systems, Control systems, and PLC.

• Additional Language:

  Proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.

• Location:

  Local residents (Clarksville, TN / Nashville area) preferred.

• Business Experience:

  Previous experience in subsidiary (corporate) operations and management. [Education & Major]
