WHAT YOU WILL DO
The SITECH Branch Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of a SITECH branch, including customer support, service coordination, inventory control, and employee leadership. This position plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer experience while supporting profitable growth of construction technology solutions.
The Branch Manager serves as the operational leader for the branch and works closely with SITECH sales representatives, technology support teams, dealership personnel, and customers to ensure efficient delivery and support of SITECH products and services
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Branch Operations & Leadership Lead daily branch operations including parts, service scheduling, work orders, inventory, and customer support
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, safety standards, and operational procedures
Promote a customer-focused culture emphasizing responsiveness, accountability, and professionalism
Serve as the primary point of leadership for branch employees Customer & Sales Support Support SITECH sales representatives by coordinating equipment preparation, order fulfillment, pricing support, and documentation
Maintain strong working relationships with contractors, dealer sales teams, and internal departments
Support customer issue escalation and resolution related to technology, service, and operations
Represent SITECH professionally within the local construction and technology market Technology & Service Coordination Coordinate technology support and installation activities with technicians and field personnel
Ensure readiness of machine control systems, base/rover equipment, and software prior to delivery
Partner with technology specialists to support customer training and adoption
Work with Trimble and Caterpillar technology partners as needed Inventory, Financial & Administrative Management Manage branch inventory including receiving, tracking, transfers, and replenishment
Oversee accuracy of work orders, invoicing, warranty claims, and rental transactions
Support branch budget adherence, cost control, and profitability objectives
Ensure proper documentation and audit-ready processes People Development & Performance Lead, coach, and develop branch employees including counter sales, warehouse, and support roles
Support onboarding and training of new team members
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
Assist with succession planning and knowledge transfer within the branch Other Requirements Ability to work in a branch and warehouse environment
Ability to lift and move moderate-weight equipment as needed
Other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 5+ years of experience in construction, heavy equipment, or technology-related operations
Prior supervisory or leadership experience
Experience working in a SITECH, Trimble, Caterpillar, or dealer environment
KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILL, & ABILITIES
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and dealership business systems
Understanding of construction workflows and jobsite technology applications
Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of construction technology solutions preferred (machine control, GPS, surveying, software)
Ability to coordinate effectively across sales, service, and operations teams
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
