This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead a team, foster strong client relationships, and ensure operational excellence. You will support the Director of Operations in managing daily activities, promoting sales initiatives, and maintaining compliance with state and company regulations. Your leadership will help create a welcoming environment that empowers both clients and team members. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing branch operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and adherence to company policies Support sales efforts by promoting our services. Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets Manage client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering trust Ensure compliance with all new hires and work collectively with Client Care Coordinator. Conduct client visits every 30 days. Cover open shifts as needed. Personnel Management Oversee recruitment, onboarding, credential verification, and competency evaluations for caregivers, field supervisors, and administrative staff. Ensure all background checks, nurse aide registry checks, and employee misconduct registry checks are conducted prior to client assignment, per Texas law. Requirements Experience in Home Care management. Experience in Home Care Sales. Car, with insurance, and valid driver license, Willingness to submit to drug screen and background check. Willingness to work on-call.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
