Job Description Woori America Bank is looking for Bilingual (Korean & English) Branch Manager for Austin Branch. All candidates must have min. 8 years of banking experience to be considered. Branch Manager Austin Branch Bank Deposit and Loan new customer marketing Supervise operations personnel and evaluate employees performance Reviews reports for risk control (NSF, O/D, Kiting suspect, G/L, Balance Fluctuation, Large Deposit) Supervise teller personnel transactions on a daily basis Confirms the accuracy and completeness of the CAP at the time of the account opening process Confirms the accuracy and completeness of currency exchange of Korean Won at the end of the day Confirms the accuracy and completeness of non-customer wire transfer records at the end of the day Confirms the accuracy and completeness of non-customer Money Order sales records at the end of the day Oversees branch maintenance & handles customer complaints and inquires Responsible for new employee training at the branch Prepares Monthly Branch Certification Woori America Bank was established in 1984 as a local subsidiary of Woori Bank in Seoul, South Korea.
