Role Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager Assist in overseeing daily team operations and ensuring company standards are consistently maintained. Support customer-facing initiatives related to our partnership with AT&T while ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism. Support the training and development of new team members through coaching, mentorship, and ongoing performance feedback. Help monitor team productivity, attendance, and overall performance to ensure business objectives are met. Work alongside management to implement strategies that improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction. Serve as a point of support for team members by helping resolve challenges and maintaining a positive work environment. Learn and apply leadership principles that promote accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Develop the skills necessary to advance into a management role through hands-on training and real-world leadership experience.
