BEC Branch Manager- Carrollton, TX The BEC Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and day-to-day management of a Building Envelope Center (BEC), serving as a key operational hub for customer fulfillment, training, and collaboration. This role operates with full accountability for facility operations, financial performance, team leadership, and customer experience The BEC Branch Manager drives operational excellence, ensures a safe and productive work environment, manages P&L performance, and builds strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. La Mirada, California Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and develop a team supporting warehouse and office operations, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to drive engagement and productivity Promote a customer-first mindset aligned with company service standards Oversee the staffing and succession planning processes 2. Operational Excellence Oversee all facility operations, ensuring readiness to support daily customer needs and scheduled activities Manage inventory control processes Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and company policies Maintain a clean, organized, and highly efficient warehouse and showroom environment Oversee maintenance of building, fleet, and equipment 3. Customer Experience & Training Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by ensuring timely, accurate orderfulfillment Support and coordinate customer training events hosted within the facility Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally 4. Financial Management Manage the branch operating budget with full accountability for financial performance Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring cost control and budget adherence Identify opportunities for cost savings and productivity improvements 5. Systems & Process Leadership Serve as the on-site lead for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies Ensure accurate and efficient use of ERP Drive process improvements leveraging data analysis and operational insights 6. Safety & Compliance Champion a safety-first culture and ensure all employees adhere to safety protocols Proactively identify and address potential hazards Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company safety standards

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in distribution, warehouse, or branch management 2. Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams 3. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational metrics 4. Proficiency in ERP, WMS, and order-to-cash processes 5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 6. Strong organizational and business administration capabilities 7. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Working Conditions and/or

Pay:

From $90,000.00 per year
