This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing branch operations, developing customer relationships, driving business growth, and leading a team committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence. This position will be based in Dallas, Texas . About Pro-Pipe Services For more than 30 years, Pro-Pipe Services has been a trusted leader in underground infrastructure inspection, cleaning, and rehabilitation. We specialize in cross bore inspection programs and provide municipalities, utility providers, and contractors with innovative solutions to assess and maintain sewer systems, storm drains, and related infrastructure. By combining advanced inspection technology, GPS/GIS-based mapping, and cloud-based data management systems, we deliver accurate and actionable data that supports critical infrastructure planning and renewal efforts. Our Core Services Cross Bore Inspection - Identifying and mitigating the risks associated with utility lines installed through existing sewer infrastructure. Pipe Inspection - Evaluating sewer pipes and storm drains to assess condition and provide data-driven recommendations. Trenchless Repair - Delivering non-invasive pipe rehabilitation solutions that reduce disruption and restoration costs. Pipe Cleaning - Cleaning pipelines of all sizes using customized approaches tailored to site conditions. Vacuum and Hydro Excavation - Safely exposing underground utilities with minimal risk of damage. Position Summary The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Texas branch. This role oversees daily operations, business development, financial performance, safety compliance, and team development. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can drive operational efficiency, cultivate customer relationships, and build a high-performing team. The Branch Manager will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional departments to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Direct and oversee all branch operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. Monitor branch performance using key metrics related to revenue, gross margin, labor utilization, equipment productivity, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and performance improvement initiatives. Ensure all equipment, vehicles, and facilities are maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition. Review project schedules, staffing levels, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Financial Management Manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Analyze profit and loss statements and take corrective action to improve profitability. Control labor, equipment, and material costs while maintaining high service quality. Approve purchases and monitor expenditures to ensure responsible use of company resources. Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, municipalities, utility providers, and contractors. Partner with the Business Development team to identify and pursue new opportunities. Participate in client meetings, proposal reviews, and contract negotiations. Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure exceptional service and retention. Team Leadership and Talent Development Recruit, hire, train, and develop office and field personnel. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support career development. Promote employee engagement and maintain high morale. Safety and Compliance Champion a strong safety culture and ensure all employees follow company safety policies. Conduct regular safety meetings and audits. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Ensure all required certifications, licenses, and training are current. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams. Strong operations management experience in construction, field services, utility services, or a related industry. Proven ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and operational KPIs. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining customer relationships. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in underground utilities, pipeline inspection, trenchless technologies, or municipal infrastructure services. Project management experience. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
