This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a meaningful impact, driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the long-term success of our branch. The standard schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities Operations & Performance Direct the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and high standards of service delivery. Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company objectives to drive sustainable growth. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness. Oversee branch budgets and conduct profit-and-loss analyses to maintain financial health. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations and deliver constructive, development-focused feedback. Cultivate a positive and professional work environment that supports employee growth. Business Development & Client Relations Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to support business development and retention. Identify new opportunities for revenue growth and expanded market presence. Project Management & Reporting Oversee branch-level project management initiatives, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to quality standards. Communicate branch results, challenges, and strategic recommendations directly to company ownership. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in the pipeline or industrial supply industry. Proven track record in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably within a comparable industry. Strong background in business development with measurable success in sales. Solid experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in strategic planning and execution to achieve organizational goals. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
