Houston, TX Hybrid TYPE Direct Hire SALARY $140,000 - $160,000 / yr ID CO80-2754813 POSTED May 12, 2026 Branch Director - Technology Staffing & Solutions Overview We are seeking an experienced Branch Director to lead a high-performing technology staffing and workforce solutions team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading recruiting and sales teams, managing branch operations, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven background in staffing, business development, and team management within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Operations Drive branch revenue growth and overall market performance. Lead business development and client expansion efforts. Manage branch operations, productivity, budgeting, and performance metrics. Execute operational best practices and strategic initiatives. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top recruiting and sales talent. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Develop future leaders through coaching and performance management. Lead by example with strong communication and accountability. Client & Market Management Build and maintain strong client relationships. Identify market trends and growth opportunities. Partner across teams to maximize business opportunities and customer success. Resolve client, candidate, and internal challenges professionally and efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. 2+ years of leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services.
