Momentum Rental and Sales is hiring immediately for a Operations Manager.

Valid Drivers License with acceptable record. TWIC card required High School Diploma or GED. Previous Supervisory experience. Previous retail sales/ rental experience preferred. Knowledge of construction equipment and supplies preferred.
Operations Manager Responsibilities & Daily Duties:
Overall supervision of branch operations to ensure profitability. Coordinating activities between branch departments to improve productivity. dispatching drivers and management of employee's schedules. Ensure drivers stay within the Federal Motor Carrier guidelines. Daily store management and upkeep. Management of inside sales representatives' new hire training. Establishing new rental and sales accounts by providing exceptional customer service to call in and walk in customers. Processing rental quotations, reservations, contracts, and invoices in compliance with company policies. Maintaining a sufficiently stocked, presentable, and clean showroom. Ensuring customer satisfaction with all inside and outside branch staff. Establish and maintain good relationships with co-workers working collaboratively together. Coordinate and track daily equipment pick-ups and returns with the branch dispatcher. Learn accurate use of Momentum's software for quotes, rentals, sales, reservations, and territory management.
