Job Description

Come join our 2025 Houston Chronicle Top Workplace team! Openland Credit Union is looking for a Digital Branch Manager to lead and elevate our digital banking experience. If you're a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and is passionate about coaching teams and delivering exceptional member service, this is the opportunity for you. What You'll Do As the Digital Branch Manager, you'll serve as a working leader , overseeing daily operations while actively supporting your team and members. Lead, coach, and develop Digital Branch agents to meet and exceed performance goals Monitor production reports, communicate expectations, and ensure team alignment with branch objectives Train, observe, and reinforce service and lending standards to deliver a high-quality member experience Handle escalated member concerns and resolve issues within established policies and guidelines Manage employee schedules, staffing levels, and bi-weekly timesheet approvals Conduct monthly branch meetings, daily huddles, and weekly one-on-one coaching sessions Oversee Digital Branch queues and step in as an active agent when needed Drive growth by opening new accounts, processing loan applications, and cross-selling products/services Promote strategic initiatives and engage the team in achieving organizational goals Manage the online account opening process Collaborate with other branches to ensure consistency across the organization Partner with internal departments to resolve member exceptions, support product launches, and improve service Work with Digital Operations and Business Development to maximize indirect lending and referral opportunities What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) 5+ years of related experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills Experience in member service, lending, and sales Ability to communicate effectively, influence others, and handle sensitive or confidential information Proven ability to manage goals, performance metrics, and operational processes What You'll Get Health Insurance Benefits (effective after 30 days) Performance-based monthly incentives Paid holidays Paid time off + paid holidays 401(k) with Student Loan Repayment Match Tuition reimbursement Career advancement opportunities Why Openland Credit Union?
