Position range in Angelina County $18.76 - $39.16 Per hour Branch Manager
Provide leadership, training and guidance in the business of the Company to in-house employees under their direct supervision. Manage the expenses and income of the branch office to a net profit. Contribute input and information as requested by executive management. Prepare and convey reports as requested by executive management. Participate as a member of management in furthering the Companys initiatives, programs and reputation in the community. Actively participate and represent the Company in civic activities.

location. A.T. Staffing is Texas based, full service staffing agency that includes Medical, Office Clerical and Light Industrial job placement. The Agency with over 50 years staffing in Texas! :Provide leadership, training and guidance in the business of the Company to in-house employees under their direct supervision. Manage the expenses and income of the branch office to a net profit. Contribute input and information as requested by executive management. Prepare and convey reports as requested by executive management. Participate as a member of management in furthering the Companys initiatives, programs and reputation in the community. Actively participate and represent the Company in civic activities.
Responsibilities:
Work with staff personnel in problem solving and strategy for business development Manage and assist your TEAM with the day-to-day operations of the office Operate office business within the expense budget assigned Recommend budget considerations and substantiate the expense required Ensure that all payroll and reports are completed and submitted accurately and timely Work with the Vice President regarding office business development and advertising Work with the Vice President regarding personnel matters Implement Company policy and procedures as documented Interview, hire and staff positions for local branch staff Prepare appropriate paperwork and attend Unemployment Commission hearings and processes Verify correctness of workers compensation claim processes and paperwork Provide office statistics to management as requested Provide information and guidance to local branch staff in preparation of and compliance with procedures and policiesOrganization Relationships:
Reports to the Vice President. Maintain professional relationships with all personnel. FLSA status is Exempt.Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Supervisory training; education or equivalent training in financial and operations management; sales and quality service training or education.Technical Requirements:
Computer skills in Excel, spreadsheet, e-mail, Internet; ability to read and understand and analyze reports of sales and budget and other statistical information related to temporary employees and services; mathematical skills for generation of business reports; ability to properly read, write and understand technical procedures and business correspondence.Experience:
Minimum of 3 years management experience in a service environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.Salary:
Base salary - plus monthly (incentive based) and year-end bonus opportunities.Job Type:
