Branch Manager QXO, Inc. (

What you'll do: Oversee and manage all aspects of a profit center, including operations and administration Recruit, train, and lead the sales team, and work cross functionally with other departments Make strategic decisions based on trend analysis to identify profitable business opportunities Collaborate closely with the Branch Credit Manager to establish an appropriate account base and ensure financial stability Maintain strong vendor relationships, leveraging manufacturer information to market products and services Foster a positive work environment and develop future leaders Champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocol and procedures Own full P&L accountability for branch performance. Collaborate closely with HR and FP&A for performance, development, and business planning. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree or 3-5+ years of relevant leadership experience Proven ability to lead teams through change and navigate obstacles (MOC experience preferred) Track record of driving results in a high-performance environment Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and leadership capability Valid driver's license required; Spanish bilingual preferred Must-Have Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and people development experience Strong customer-facing background Independent decision-maker with a clear ownership mindset Solid understanding of P&L and ability to manage financial performance Preferred Qualifications Building materials industry experience Experience driving market growth and strategic expansion Strong financial and operational management capabilities What you'll earn 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO, company holidays, and parental leave Paid training and certifications Legal assistance and identity protection Pet insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) Benefits for union‑represented roles are determine d by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.
