Your experience includes:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial institution required. Adaptable to a productive team environment where knowledge is shared and feedback and coaching are welcomed. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Demonstrated success in achieving sales and service goals. Notary Public certification preferred. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using common office applications and office equipment. Passion for providing outstanding customer service and a positive attitude. Experience controlling negotiable instruments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail. Effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize responsibilities and organize work tasks. Ownership of the customer experience through issue resolution.

As the Assistant Branch Manager, you'll help lead and develop a team dedicated to helping our members and their families achieve more. You'll coach and support employees, creating an environment where individuals can grow, succeed, and deliver exceptional service. Through consultative conversations, you'll help members identify their financial needs and connect them with solutions that support their goals. You'll partner with the Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure consistent execution of our Relationship Banker model, and support the team's success.
