- Assistant Branch Manager Associate's degree or higher At least 6 months to 1 year of related experience Computer skills

- Assistant Branch Manager Manages branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
Contributes to personnel decisions as appropriate including hiring, scheduling, disciplinary actions, and evaluating performance. Ability to maintain composure and convey a positive attitude while interacting with customers and internal team members. Supervises day to day operational and compliance functions of the branch such as reconcilements, branch audits, reporting, controls, records management, approvals and branch opening/closing procedures. Motivates and encourages employees to meet or exceed monthly goals; markets bank products, services and ensures employees have appropriate knowledge levels of bank products. Distributes information on procedural and operational changes/updates to branch staff through weekly branch meetings in the absence of the branch manager. Provides assistance to Branch Manager to impact and enhance the positive image of bank in the community; conducts business development activities within the branch and surrounding community and participates in branch and community functions and activities to promote the bank's image and growth. Maintains through and current knowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations as well as internal policies and procedures and bank products and services; monitors adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures and ensures all employees understand and can communicate bank products and services effectively. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
