1 Responsibilities Lead a dynamic group of Parts Drivers- Parts Associates and Warehouse Support Staff to reach their maximum potential Live the core values of the Young Automotive Group Provide an exceptional experience for our customers

- every time Commit to grow professionally and personally Meet and exceed monthly profit goals Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership Actively participate in effective training and development meetings Qualifications A passion for growth A desire to make a difference A proven work ethic consistent with our culture A proven history of successfully leading a team in the automotive and/or power sports parts industry A history of exceeding expectations and performance metrics at all levels Demonstrated success as a trainer A clean driving record The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
