Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. This role involves a combination of sales, customer service, marketing, and operations, requiring a dynamic individual with a personable and helpful work ethic and a proveable ability to connect with colleagues and customers.About us:

Sales & Customer Service:
Build and maintain customer relationships, convert inquiries into sales opportunities, through educating prospects on precious metals and Alpine Gold's unique account services.Daily Tasks:
Open and close the office, perform security checks, log into systems, manage transactions, make daily calls to leads and members, handle member service calls, submit service orders, conduct monthlhy inventory audits with staff, and prepare deposits.Personnel Management:
Promote the effectiveness of the office staff of both part-time and full-time employees. Recognize their strengths, be cheerful, and encourage their input to support the branch's growth. Conduct regular performance reviews automatically scheduled through the HR tool.Community Engagement & Lead Generation:
Explore local engagement campaigns, develop strategies to attract new customers, and track campaign performance and adjust strategies.Operations & Administration:
Welcome and create improvements to daily operations, maintain inventory, assist with events and community outreach, and analyze sales data to inform strategies and improve performance.Uphold Culture and Standards:
The precious metals industry relies on trust and consistency. Strictly adhere to company policies, communicate our mission and values, and support customers in their sound money needs.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Sales or customer service experience (precious metals or banking experience a plus). Having an existing book of sales or a connected network is a strong plus, demonstrating proven success in building and maintaining client relationships. Manager experience. Clear and effective communication and organizational skills. Goal-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated. Attention to detail and a commitment to ethical standards.What We Offer:
